The proposal, with a potential fully diluted valuation of $7.5 billion, is set to offer a decentralized alternative to dominating projects under the control of Big Tech. The combined expertise aims to utilize distinct technological strengths of each platform, helping decentralized AI prosper away from the conventional corporate model dominated by shareholder interests.

This tentative consolidation aspires to marshal transformative approaches to deploying AI, potentially making decentralized AI development a mainstream phenomenon in blockchain technology. However, the merger's outcome heavily depends on the approval from respective platform communities, underlining the impact of decentralized decision-making in these initiatives.
