Discontent Brews in Friend.tech Community Following Token and V2 Launch

The web3 social media platform, Friend.tech, has encountered significant backlash from its community members in the wake of a mishandled token and version 2 (V2) launch. This comes alongside the considerable drop in the value of Friend.Tech's native token, FRIEND.

FRIEND was reportedly airdropped early on Friday, coinciding with the debut of the platform's version 2. However, the introduction of the supposed enhancements has not been well-received by the platform's community, resulting in an uproar.

Further compounding these issues, FRIEND's value took a serious hit, plummeting to a mere $2.5 after its much-anticipated debut. This has further fuelled the dissatisfaction among the Friend.Tech community, casting a shadow over the platform's future activities amidst an already complex crypto environment.
