Ethereum's EigenLayer Announces Token Launch and Airdrop Strategy

Ethereum-based EigenLayer has revealed plans for its exclusive EIGEN token. The announcement was made by the Eigen Foundation, noting that token distribution will commence from May 10. However, stakeholders based in the United States or employing VPNs will not be able to participate in the token offering.

It was further revealed that 45% of the token supply will be issued to the EigenLayer community. On the other hand, investors can expect to acquire 29.5% of the total token supply. Meanwhile, 25.5% of the EIGEN tokens will be allocated to early contributors as a reward for their involvement and support.
