Extradition of Terra Co-Founder Do Kwon to South Korea Put on Hold

Do Kwon's pending extradition from Montenegro to South Korea has been postponed, according to recent court rulings. Kwon, the co-founder of Terra, found his extradition on hold after an appellate court in Montenegro flagged 'significant violations of the provisions of criminal procedure'.

The halt on the extradition was issued on Friday overturning previous decisions from two lower courts.
