Goldman Sachs Reveals Significant Bitcoin ETF Investments

In a notable development within the financial sector, Goldman Sachs has disclosed approximately $420 million in Bitcoin ETF holdings as per the latest 13-F filings with the SEC. This revelation arrives during a relatively muted second quarter for Bitcoin ETF filings, and positions Goldman Sachs prominently in the digital asset investment landscape.

Among Goldman Sachs's diverse portfolio, a notable stake is in the ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF, with a valuation of $299,900 for 5,000 shares. The firm has also invested $8.3 million in the Bitwise Bitcoin ETF Trust, comprising 253,961 shares. Additionally, substantial investments have been reported in the Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin ETF, amounting to $79.5 million across 1,516,302 shares, and $35.1 million in the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust, summing up to 660,183 shares.

Further bolstering its digital asset portfolio, Goldman Sachs's filings reveal a $56.3 million investment in the Invesco Galaxy Bitcoin ETF, accounting for 940,443 shares, alongside a significant $238.7 million stake in iShares Bitcoin Trust, equivalent to 6,991,248 shares.
