In an unexpected move, Bankman-Fried's lawyers have requested Judge Lewis Kaplan grant them special permission to question former Alameda Research CEO, Caroline Ellison. The aim of this questioning is to determine if she deleted Signal messages under the counsel of FTX lawyers and assess the overall impact of Anthropic AI's recent fundraising on FTX creditors.
