Kraken Demands Dismissal of SEC Lawsuit

Crypto exchange Kraken asserts the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is pursuing an intrusive agenda over the U.S. economy and has sought a dismissal of the lawsuit brought against it. The company argues that the SEC did not present allegations of fraud and incorrectly applied the definition of a contractual agreement in the lawsuit.
