Keonne Rodriguez, a developer for Samourai Wallet, has pleaded not guilty to criminal charges and is now under home incarceration until trial. As stipulated in a docket entry dated April 26, Rodriguez's bail conditions comprise a $1 million personal recognizance bond which must be secured by May 14.

While on bail, Rodriguez has multiple restrictions imposed on him which include home incarceration, pretrial supervision, the use of location monitoring technology, and limitations on travel. Furthermore, he is prohibited from engaging in crypto transactions without approval, working on Samourai Wallet operations or opening new bank accounts, amongst other limitations.

Alongside Rodriguez, co-defendant William Lonergan Hill was arrested, with allegations implicating both defendants in handling $2 billion worth of Bitcoin in illegal transactions and facilitating $100 million of money laundering transactions from dark web markets while operating Samourai.
