The collection, comprising of 3,333 unique images, cost a total of $66,000 to create and inscribe on the Bitcoin blockchain.

The innovative 'NFTs on Bitcoin' project has successfully capitalized on the controversial and popular Ordinals protocol. This has significantly sparked interest in the original blockchain, but has simultaneously led to congestion and higher fees.

A notable development in the rapidly growing NFT space, the Quantum Cats collection from Taproot Wizards underlines the potential of Bitcoin as a medium for inscribing value beyond its conventional use as a cryptocurrency. However, the implications on the network's congestion and the rise in transaction fees remain to be a significant concern for users.
